Customer care consultant

Job description
-To handle customers’ enquiries and request swiftly, accurately and professionally
-To update comprehensive and precise information on customer interaction in the admin database
-To resolve customers’ problems and complaints by applying applicable skills and escalate to team leader when necessary
-To promote company’s service proactively

-Min diploma in any discipline
-Prior customer service experience is preferred
- Preferably with 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
